The villa is a large 3 bedroomed villa with private garden and large private swimming pool measuring 10m by 4 m with a connecting childs paddling pool.

Consisting of lounge with TV and DVD/CD player, air-conditioning, 2 sofa beds that combine to sleep 2 people. Underneath the marble staircase is an additional sofa bed to sleep 1 person. The kitchen has washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, sandwich maker all cutlery and utensils. Large patio doors make way to the large patio area.

In the hall way is a toilet/bidet and washbasin.

The first floor consists of 2 ensuite bedrooms with double beds, TV & DVD/CD player, air-conditioning, wardrobes, bath or shower, toilet/bidet. Each bedroom has large patio doors leading onto a private balcony with chairs and table.

The roof floor is a self contained area with a small kitchen area and wet room, shower, toilet/bidet. There are large patio doors leading onto a large balcony with table and chairs. From here are wonderful views of Akbuk Bay. There is a large bedroom with double bed and bed settee, TV & DVD/CD,air-conditioning, sleeping in total 3 people.

There is also a cot and high-chair. The villa sleeps in total 10 people.
